the beautiful property "angeli di montefiore" with a fabulous view, a huge salt water pool, the beaches close by, and sacred sites and national parks is found in the astonishing nature of “le marche”. the majestic views over the wide valley to the mountains on the horizon and to the nearby sea also clear the view of Your own inner world.

wild & rooted is a uniquely composed experience where salome & sarsha bring together their deep wisdom of somatic understanding to offer tools and practices to release tension, outdated patterns and superfluous things from your body/mind and nervous system. their carefully curated soundscapes will seduce You to get out of your head and drop into Your wildness, Your sensitivity, Your power, Your sensuality. Your vulnerability, Your creativity and Your freedom.

It is from this place that You can meet Yourself fresh and new and meet others in the same open way.

by getting to know ourselves better, love ourselves more deeply as we are, we open ourselves to more joy of life, the connection with the big whole and with existence herself.

this offers us space for development, changes and unfoldings.

we find access to the flow of our life energy, strengthen our resilience, and inspire and encourage others to be equally free.

in the daily sessions we combine somatic explorations, embodiment, free movement/dance with breathwork, meditation, journaling and yoga.

the morning practice will be active (yang), the evening practice calming and regenerating (yin) -

wo hours in the morning / two hours in the evening, one evening is free.

Salome evokes in her spaces a potent field to experience the unexplicable, to make the invisible visible, weaving together a multi-dimensional tapestry of dance, embodied flow, continuum, somatic experience, shadow work,voice explorations, ritual and meditation.

as a certified embodied flow facilitator, actor and founder of noa:sanctuary basel, she passes on what she has distilled from the experiences of more than two decades in these fields. She is facilitating embodied flow teacher trainings as well as running her own curriculum and blends, including female alchemy and “full-circle:seasons”.

dying for freedom, love and deep connection has been her strongest driving force since she can remember and the source for all actions and creations in her life.

inspiring others to discover and embody their true purpose, holding space for change and what is life enhancing, has become her strongest medicine.

her sonic universes seduce Your hidden insides out into the light of tears, sweat and movement till all your particles join the party.

she doesn’t care how sophisticated or fucked up You think you are. You were made to be loved.

on her dance floor, You’re invited to jump off the edge of everything You know and land somewhere completely new.

sarsha hope

sarsha has a gift for creating potent, shamanic, transformative and inclusive heart-centred spaces for our souls remembering. fondly known as embodiment portals they bring people into a deeper connection with themselves, each other and the living breathing felt a sense of the earth.

she is a certified embodied flow teacher and her own training has included over 1000 hours of embodiment training, yoga teacher training, meditation teacher training and energy medicine. she is a teacher of teachers with over 20 years of facilitation experience. running annual teacher training in embodied flow yoga and embodied ecstatic dance as well as regular women's retreats. sarsha deeply believes that by reclaiming the divinity of our earthly bodies, we come home to the body of the earth and through this, her HOPE is that we learn to live in greater harmony with all beings everywhere.

traveling to angli di montefiore

the nearest town is pedaso (12km) with both bus and train stations. yogaaitalia offers free transfers to and from pedaso on days of arrival and departure (twice on each day, by arrangement).

by plane

nearest airports are

• ancona (88 km)
• pescara (100 km)

which are served by ryanair, easyjet and lufthansa.

on request we can organise an airport transfer by minibus. alternatively You can take the train from the airport to Pedaso where pick-up can be arranged as described above.

other airports nearby from where you can reach us are:

• roma fiumicino (273 km) and roma ciampino (250 km). at roma fiumicino and the train station roma tiburtina are good bus services to pedaso. Bus companies: Flixbus, Start and Cardinali
• rimini (170 km). from rimini you reach pedaso by local trains
• bologna (293 km). from bologna you reach pedaso by local trains

by train

the nearest train station is pedaso, only for local trains. Alternatively you may reach the station of ancona with faster trains. On request we can organise a transfer by minibus. from the Ancona train station to our site.

by car
