Dance Immersion Copenhagen – Dancing In Love with Your Body – VERSCHOBEN!

In this workshop we dive into the embodiment of our heart, the lungs and the blood vessels, to move, dance and connect in an authentic and loving way.

sourcing ourselves through the connection with our living body and the innate wisdom she/he carries, enables us to meet and encounter other (self-sourced) beings in a conscious, fresh, surprising and deep way.

we use awareness, movement, sound and touch to tap into the innate wisdom carried by these living systems inside us.

the heart and blood system not only weave a complex net of life inside of us: they also stream the wisdom of generations of living beings inside us, pulsating with the ever renewing quality of our own experiences and living energy flowing through the streams of blood inside us.
