in harmony with the transition from summer to autumn - when the trees change their color and let go of the leaves in order to concentrate the energy inside - this week is inviting you to consciously let go and give your body your full and undivided attention.

surrounded by breathtaking nature and nurtured by delicious, vegetarian food we will make time to draw the senses inwards.

with embodiment, continuum, free movement, self-caring yoga practices, reflective journaling and meditation we will realign ourselves.

we will dive into the 3-dimensional continuum of our fascia, which pervades the whole of our body as the connecting element of locomotion system, organs and nervous system, performing complex and virtuose functions, e.g. storing informations and deep emotional experiences.

with loving curiosity and open mind we will meet our body exactly where we are at. we encourage body, spirit, intellect and soul to join forces to explore what we want to empower and cultivate as well as what we want and can let go in this very moment.

The goal is to create space for new impulses, fresh energy - the feeling of freedom and being deeply nourished.

One day half way through the course we will offer an optional excursion to Plitvice Lakes - Croatias oldest and largest national park that is listed as unesco world heritage: https://np-plitvicka-jezera.hr/en/

On this day we will have a short morning practice and the evening off.

The costs for the excursion (transportation + park entrance fee) are not included in the price.
